Which Goods Cannot Be Delivered By Air Freight?

In the transportation of air cargo, safety is of utmost importance. It is not allowed to be careless or careless, and some goods cannot be delivered or transported.
Air freight forwarders and cargo owners may encounter situations where certain goods are rejected, seized, or even violate air defense regulations, ranging from fines to unimaginable consequences.
Below, based on the accumulated experience of receiving goods at security checkpoints over the years, we would like to raise awareness for freight forwarders and cargo owners to popularize aviation safety knowledge and identify which goods cannot be delivered.
1) Steel cylinders and gas tanks are classified as hazardous materials and often pose hazards such as flammability, deep cooling, high pressure, corrosion, and toxicity.
2) Firearms, swords, crossbows, controlled knives, bullets, etc. are prohibited items, and if the circumstances are serious, they will violate the law.
3) Chemical reagents, paints, fuels, etc. are prohibited for air transportation due to their flammable properties.
4) Lithium batteries, batteries, power banks, and products with batteries, such as balanced vehicles, are subject to IATA regulations that a large portion can only be transported as dangerous goods, and some may even be banned.
5) Some camping supplies, adventure supplies, and life saving supplies, many of which are also prohibited in air transportation.
Of course, goods belonging to dangerous goods and prohibited goods are not limited to the goods listed above. If you have any questions about whether the goods can be delivered, please consult the receiving counters and relevant personnel at each freight station in advance. Freight forwarding companies and cargo owners must attach importance to aviation safety and jointly maintain the safety of air cargo.
It is also important to understand which goods in air freight may contain hazardous materials and which goods require air freight identification. For example:
Refrigerator or freezer - may contain ammonia solution or liquefied gas. Exploration equipment - may contain explosives such as flares, flammable liquids such as gasoline, flammable gases such as propane, camping gases, or other hazardous materials. Performance, film, stage, and special effects equipment - may contain flammable substances, explosives, dry ice with stage smoke, or other hazardous materials. Wait a minute.
Air transportation safety is the soul, always keep it in mind. Some goods cannot be delivered, and only by cherishing them can we achieve a win-win situation.
