China-European liner train: promoting high-quality joint construction of "Belt and Road"
Recently, the State Council Information Office held a press conference to release a white paper entitled "Building a Belt and Road Initiative: A Major Practice in Building a Community of Human Destiny". Riding on the east wind of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the co-constructing countries join hands and work together to connect infrastructure facilities, build service platforms, construct consolidation centers, improve the efficiency of customs clearance, form a modern logistics hub, and promote the continuous improvement and upgrading of the China-Europe liner train. In March 2011, the first China-European Union (CEU) liner "YuXinEU" was successfully launched, and in November 2014, the first "YiXinEU" CEU liner was officially opened. Up to now, the cumulative number of China-EU trains has exceeded 78,000, carrying more than 7.4 million TEUs of cargo. No matter it is windy and sunny or snowy, the China-European Union liner has been running for ten years as one day, with bagpipes singing and going forward. Over the past ten years, China-EU Linjiang has been insisting on professionalism, dedication, joint construction and sharing, aiming at high standard, sustainability and benefiting the people's livelihood, and advancing along the direction of high-quality development, constructing an all-weather, large-capacity, green and low-carbon channel, and playing an important role in the creation of a global community of destiny. The China-EU shuttle train is a vivid practice of transforming the "Belt and Road" Initiative from a vision to a reality. From planning to fine-tuning, it has borne solid and heavy fruits, and written a new chapter of creating a better future for the commonwealth of the world.
