The seller bears all the risks and costs of transporting the goods to the named place of destination, excluding any "duties" payable on importation in the country of destination when customs formalities are required (including the responsibility and risk of customs formalities, as well as the payment of fees, customs duties, taxes and other charges). The buyer shall bear such "taxes" and the costs and risks arising from its failure to clear the goods in time for import.
